Oleera. One System From First Call to Collected Payment.
McKinney Creative Ventures does not only run marketing for local service companies. We build the software they run on. Oleera is a business operating system for plumbers, HVAC and electrical contractors, and landscapers, built for companies of roughly two to fifty people.
Why we built it
The Gap Nobody Was Filling.
Field service software starts at the booked job. It runs the truck beautifully and it cannot acquire a customer. Marketing platforms do the opposite. They capture the lead, hand it off, and never see the invoice.
So the owner ends up with two systems and a gap in the middle, which is exactly where the answer to the only question that matters gets lost: which advertising produced which dollar.
Oleera closes that gap. A lead source survives all the way through to collected revenue, on one record, so the money can be traced back to what created it.
What it does
The Whole Business, In One Place.
Contacts and properties
Every customer, every service address, and the history attached to both.
Pipeline
Leads and opportunities moving through named stages instead of living in a notebook.
Proposals and invoices
Built, sent, and signed in the same place the job was won.
Card and ACH payments
Money collected against the invoice, so revenue lands on the record that produced it.
Email campaigns
Sent to segments of the contacts already in the system.
Lead capture forms
Web forms that write straight into the pipeline with their source intact.
Automations
Follow up that runs on its own instead of on somebody remembering.
Booking pages
Customers pick a time, and the appointment lands on the same record.
Plus the field operations layer
Companies that run crews get the operations side as well, so the job that was sold is the same job that gets scheduled, dispatched, completed, and billed.
How the AI works
It Proposes. A Person Decides.
Oleera is built around AI, but the AI never writes to the database on its own. It drafts the change, a person reads it, and only then does anything happen.
That is a deliberate constraint, and it is the reason the system is safe to leave running. Software that can quietly alter a customer record, a price, or a message to a client is software an owner has to babysit. Review before write means the owner stays in charge of every change that reaches a customer.
- 1 The AI drafts
It reads the record and proposes the update, the reply, or the next step.
- 2 A person reviews
The owner or their team reads the draft, edits it, or throws it away.
- 3 Only then does it happen
Nothing reaches the database or the customer without that approval.
GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE
Reviews, Answered by the Owner.
Oleera has applied for access to the Google Business Profile API. That integration is not live yet, so here is exactly what it will do once access is granted.
An Oleera customer connects their own Google Business Profile to their own Oleera account. Their reviews appear alongside the customer record they belong to, and Oleera drafts a suggested response for the business owner to read, edit, and approve. Nothing is published automatically. The owner approves every reply before it reaches Google, which is the same review before write rule the rest of the product follows.
The data stays with the business it belongs to. McKinney Creative Ventures does not aggregate review data across accounts, does not resell it, and does not republish it anywhere. Each connected profile is visible only inside that customer's own Oleera account, and the customer can disconnect it at any time.
Showed up on time and walked me through the whole repair. Would use again.
Thank you, we appreciate you taking the time. Glad the repair went smoothly, and we are here whenever you need us.
Nothing reaches Google until the owner approves it. Oleera never posts on its own.
